Terms & Conditions

Ace Coatings & Trading cc, shall not accept liability nor be responsible for the repair and cost of the following:-

1.   Damages or losses of whatsoever nature caused by wear and tear, leakages, misuse, neglect, negligence, abuse or accident to the paint work on the part of the principal or any other third party.

2.   Any damage or loss to the paint works by contamination of chemical compounds whether fluid or solid.

3.   Latent or inherent defects within the structure that deteriorate, break down and/or hamper and/or interfere with the performance of the paint work.

4.   In the event of any party whomsoever interfering with the painting, Ace Coating & Trading cc. liability in terms of this guarantee will become null and void with no effect or force.

5.   Should the principal fail to take necessary and/or adequate steps to protect the paint work from damage or disturbance from subsequent building operations or any other disturbance then in such event Ace Coatings & Trading cc. shall not accept liability therefore.

6.   Notwithstanding any other provisions herein contained, this guarantee will only become effective and binding upon Ace Coatings & Trading cc. in the event of Ace Coatings & Trading cc. receiving payment of all monies-due and owing to it in respect of the painting work completed
